FAQs
How do I know which type of bike is right for my riding style?
It all depends on where you plan to ride! BMX bikes are built for tricks, skateparks, and street riding. Mountain bikes (MTB) are designed with suspension and knobby tires for off-road trails. Cruisers and Comfort bikes are perfect for casual, upright riding on flat pavement or at the beach. If you are looking for a versatile bike for your child, our Kids' Bike section offers various sizes based on their age and height.
How much assembly will be required when my bike arrives?
To ensure safe shipping, most bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled in a large box. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and the seat. While basic tools are often included, we highly recommend having your new bike inspected or finished by a professional bike mechanic to ensure the brakes and gears are perfectly tuned for your safety.
How do I choose the correct bike size for myself or my child?
Bike sizing is determined differently depending on the type. For BMX and Kids' bikes, sizing is usually based on wheel diameter (e.g., 12", 16", 20"). For Mountain and Road bikes, it is based on the frame height. We provide a detailed size chart on our product pages—always check your height and inseam measurements against the manufacturer's recommendations to ensure a comfortable reach to the pedals and handlebars.
