The Sano Detangler is a reasonably priced, lightweight, aluminum cable detangler that utilizes a stainless steel ball-bearing design for superior smoothness and function. The ball bearing design allows this detangler to continue to function smoothly even when the brake is applied which is unlike many “bushing” detanglers. The actual caged bearing and C-clip that we use allow you to easily take this detangler apart for rebuild ability which will increase the life of this detangler.

What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange (Items must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of the delivery date) Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping costs/card fees will be subtracted from the refund amount. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method. For clearance and floor models, sales are final and products cannot be returned.
