At 27.75 inches the Ballona is compact, approachable, and genuinely fun the first time someone steps on. It carves and pumps with a feel close to a full surfskate, which makes it a quick sell to new riders and seasoned ones alike.
Subtle rocker in the standing platform flows into a spoon concave in the nose that locks in the front foot and wedges the front truck for sharper, more responsive turning. The Orca graphic plays right into it.
