The drilled holes in the Tailbone are sized as pilot holes, just big enough to allow the screw to go in but small enough to give good grip on the threads.
The user drilled holes in the deck are sized as through holes, these are big enough to allow the screw to fit easily in the hole and allow the head to snug up nicely to the surface of the deck when tightened. It is important that these user drilled through holes in the deck are the correct size.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange (Items must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of the delivery date) Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping costs/card fees will be subtracted from the refund amount. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method. For clearance and floor models, sales are final and products cannot be returned.
